Bish Mubarak benefited from basically the highest quality education in business one can receive in Canada. He attended the University of Western Ontario, which is consistently ranked amongst the best higher education institutions in Canada. Mubarak received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario. To be more specific, he attended King’s College, which is the most exclusive college at the prestigious university. Mubarak is one of many individuals who can attest to the advantage of a good education. Being able to attend one of the best educational institutions in Canada certainly did not hurt his future in business.

It did not take very long for Bish Mubarak to prove that he had superior business acumen. When he was only twenty-six years old he scored his first major victory in business by starting a company in the deregulated energy sector. This was in 1998, shortly after Canada’s energy sector had been deregulated. The business he founded in 1998 was called TBG International and he was able to take advantage of the under-utilized energy sector and build TBG International into one of the most successful energy companies in Canada.
